Privacy Policy

Last updated: April 2026

CogniArk Solutions ("we," "us," or "our") operates the website at cogniark.com. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit our site and how we use it.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information in two ways:

  • Information you provide directly — when you submit the contact form, we collect your name, email address, company name, and the message you send.
  • Usage data collected automatically — we use Umami Analytics, a privacy-focused, cookieless analytics tool. It records anonymised page view counts and referral sources. It does not track individuals, does not use cookies, and does not share data with third parties.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide solely to respond to your enquiry. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with any third party for marketing purposes.

Anonymised usage data helps us understand which content is useful and how visitors find the site.

3. Cookies

This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies. Umami Analytics operates without cookies. No cookie consent banner is required or shown.

4. Data Retention

Contact form submissions are retained only as long as necessary to respond to your enquiry and are not stored in a database on this website. If you contact us by email, your message is retained in our email system according to standard email retention practices.

5. Third-Party Services

Our site is hosted on AWS Amplify. Please refer to Amazon's Privacy Notice for information about how AWS handles infrastructure-level data.

Analytics are processed by Umami Cloud. Umami does not collect personally identifiable information. See Umami's Privacy Policy for details.

6. Your Rights

If you are located in Canada, the European Economic Area, or another jurisdiction with applicable privacy laws, you may have rights including access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data we hold about you. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at info@cogniark.com.

7. Children's Privacy

This site is not directed at individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
